Conference looks at Opportunity in Adversity
ORLANDO, FL—“Opportunity in Adversity” is the theme of the 11th Annual Vacation Ownership Investment Conference which will be held at the Peabody Orlando in Orlando, Florida from Sept. 14 to 17.
One key speaker will be Peter C. Yesawich, a widely-quoted marketing strategist and trend-spotter, who will share his thoughts on ‘What’s next for leisure real estate?’
Economist and author Robert Genetski, Ph.D., whose books include Taking the Voodoo Out of Economics and A Nation of Millionaires, will discuss the “Outlook For The Economy.”
Delegates can also learn the basics of vacation ownership and what distinguishes each segment—traditional timesharing, fractional resorts, and private residence clubs—as well as strategies to profitability, effective sales and marketing techniques, resort finance, and more.
Other sessions will deal with capital markets and legal aspects of the vacation ownership market. And the conference will wind up with resort tours of successful Orlando operations.
International delegates can take advantage of discounted registration of $599, saving $400 off the regular $999 conference registration fee. Their registration includes a complimentary resort tour, and complimentary one week, one-bedroom resort condominium accommodations in Orlando. Register online at VacationOwnershipInvestment.com, using the special promotional code INTL2009.
