Global trends discussed at Niagara College session

Presented by Niagara University and Niagara College, the session focused on current trends and issues that face the hospitality industry from a global perspective, the changing demands of the customer, and labour demand issues. The session also included topics such as boutique hotels, green technology, customer service and satisfaction and the future of the hospitality industry.
