Mark’s Work Wearhouse innovations in fall fashion
TORONTO—Wearing ill-fitting footwear can cause serious damage to feet, which may impact overall health. With this in mind, Mark’s Work Wearhouse has developed an innovative footwear technology designed to work with the foot for ultimate comfort and performance. The four components of Quad Comfort footwear are:
Shock absorption – Because the heel area is the first point of impact, Quad Comfort footwear incorporates shock absorbing EVA pods, EVA inserts or gel heel pads. The inclusion of Poron or polyurethane materials provides superior cushioning and shock absorption;
Weight Distribution – Cushioning or Memory Foam is used under the footbed to alleviate pressure points and increase energy return;
Cushioning and Pressure Displacement – Lightweight and flexible midsoles in various densities and materials disperse the force of impact and improve cushioning;
Outsole Performance – Flexible rubber, blender rubber and/or synthetic compound materials are used to create functionally engineered outsoles that deliver ultimate comfort, shock absorption and flexibility. The first priority for tread design is Anti-Slip, followed closely by traction and durability if Anti-Slip is not possible.
Quad Comfort technology is available for men and women, including athletic, casual, dress, outdoor and industrial styles.
