ERGONOMIC DESIGN

Furniture by Asti has developed a mechanism for dining chairs that allows the customer to lean back or sideways without the restrictions of a rigid back that does not always conform to the user’s posture. The ergonomic “Marathon” chairs are designed to reduce user fatigue and discomfort during lengthy dinners. Most Asti chairs can be modified to the Marathon system.

FOOD ON THE GO

Cambro’s latest series of holding cabinets and food transporters can hold up to 720 servings at once. The Ultra Camcart H-Series has radiant heating to maintain moisture in the food without cooking. It takes just 45 minutes to preheat from room temperature and recovers in just three minutes after the door is opened and closed. Models with heat only on the top are both a hot holding cabinet and a passive hot or cold holding unit on the bottom. All units are Energy Star rated for maximum efficiency. Comes in five colours.

JUST CHILL

American Metalcraft’s new giant martini glass-shaped wine stand is the perfect height for tableside service, use at buffet tables or at food and beverage stations in restaurants or catering operations.
