Hillsdale House receives Travelers’ Choice Award

ANNAPOLIS ROYAL, NS—TripAdvisor has recognized Hillsdale House Inn with a 2010 Travelers’ Choice Award placing it among the top 10 Bed and Breakfasts/Inns in Canada. Hillsdale House Inn is the only recipient east of Ontario.

TripAdvisor Travelers’ Choice Award winners are determined based on the unbiased reviews and opinions of subscribers about accommodations on TripAdvisor.com and other web content.

Just over two hours from Halifax in the Town of Annapolis Royal, the Hillsdale House Inn was built in 1859 to cater to the carriage trade and has enjoyed a prestigious reputation through to the current day.

The Inn is a Registered Provincial Heritage Property in an estate setting, featuring antique decorated parlours, dining room and accommodation; comfortable covered veranda, numerous gardens and spacious grounds.

It is just a few minutes’ walk from the Annapolis Royal Historic Gardens, Fort Anne National Historic Site, the Waterfront Boardwalk, and the downtown area.
