The Met’s program for SMEs

TORONTO—Metropolitan Hotels, which has luxury and boutique properties in Toronto and Vancouver, has unveiled a program called Private    Access that is aimed at small and medium sized organizations.

Many smaller  companies  have  the same  accommodation needs as large  corporations, but don’t   have the buying power to qualify for  corporate rates.

The new program is designed to alleviate this problem.

Suzanne Cinq-Mars, corporate director of sales explains that Private Access is a self-managed online booking tool, where members are given a private link to customized rates available for all Met Hotels. This  reservation tool offers a one-stop-shop and guarantees rates that are competitive with any online travel agency,  available  24 hours a day  and with no blackout dates.

“It’s a customized portal available on your smart phone or laptop, that you can access while sitting in the airport looking at your schedule,” Cinq-Mars notes.  “Just one click and it’s done—it’s convenient and provides an instant confirmation.”
