Cranberry opens Harbour Castle Resort
COLLINGWOOD, ON—In the latest phase of his $68 million development of Cranberry Resort in Collingwood, developer Larry Law (shown at left) officially opened The Cranberry Harbour Castle and Country Club in a ribbon-cutting ceremony on June 18. Billed as the only waterfront resort property in the entire Collingwood/Blue Mountain area, the fractional ownership hotel, a joint project with Interval International, currently has 40 suites. Plans call for two more wings for the resort, which has an Interval 5-star rating. Next on the agenda is reopening of a new, expanded Bear Estate, Cranberry's conference and wedding locale.
Shown here at the ribbon-cutting ceremony are left to right: Myles Bradford, Atoka Golf Club head golf professional; Maria Yau-Law; Larry Law, president; Collingwood deputy mayor Sandra Cooper; Angie Law, director of marketing; and Collingwood councillor Mike Edwards.
