First JW Marriott Resort & Spa opens in Muskoka
MUSKOKA, ON—Canada’s first JW Marriott Resort & Spa, The Rosseau, opened its doors to holiday guests just before Christmas. The Rosseau’s spa opened in January, offering a range of services including body wraps, massage and therapy baths. The property also features a private beach, 700-acre nature reserve and a year-round indoor-outdoor pool.

Room renos and a Vida spa for Westin Bayshore

VANCOUVER—The Westin Bayshore hotel has just completed extensive renovations of all of its 511 rooms, and is planning to add a 5,000 sq. ft. Vida spa over the next several months—all in plenty of time for February 2010 when it will serve as the headquarters for the International Olympic Committee.

Mississauga’s Glenerin Inn gets ‘The Vintage Touch’
